1.5 Month Transformation

After having my baby, I got depressed and gained postpartum weight. I didn't know where to start, but my husband knew a trainer that gets sustainable results for his clients. He told me I would get my results in 5-6 months, but I transformed as quickly as 1 and a half months. My favorite part of my personal program was that he let me eat my favorite foods and let me commit working out what was most consistent for my schedule. I look forward to continuing the lifestle.

I used to do 1 hour of cardio a day and watched what I ate by sticking to veggies and chicken. I generally ate about 1,200 calories and didn't know my way around the gym. I often found myself alone in the big rooms at the gym avoiding gym equipment and doing my own thing. After the program with Jesus, I now have confidence in squatting, deadlifting and using all the weights available. I eat more protein and try my best to have the standard 2,000+ calories daily to keep my muscles, continue to change and feel great.
